I guess you all know Phoebe from last year when we took all those gorgeous photos in the blue tutu . This time she is just as beautiful and adorable in her blue princess dress , she has 3 teeth and just nearly ready to walk on her own. Her cake smash photoshoot was a messy one, just how we like it !
